For participants: AIRS-J/1 certification
Register now
AIR APAC issues AIRS-J/1 certification after a separate assessment on StepSim, its official instrument.
The published standard
AIRS-J/1 is AIR APAC’s published standard for judgment in work involving AI, including how people check evidence and take responsibility for decisions.
What the assessment provides
In a separate assessment, participants complete at least three unseen simulations and receive a level for each of the standard’s nine areas of judgment.
How participants qualify
Participants complete the assessment without coaching and must meet the standard’s evidence and performance requirements.
Assessment results
The organisation that booked the assessment receives each person’s result by name.
Development or assessment
Team sessions support development; employee assessment and hiring use a separate assessment. Practice provides experience and feedback, and does not award certification.
Participant assessment
Assessments take place in a room with a facilitator, and dates are confirmed separately.
For trainers: facilitator certification
Register interest
Exeter Labs issues facilitator certification through a programme covering session preparation, decision records, feedback and team discussion.
The programme takes registrations of interest, and its start date will be confirmed separately.
The organisations behind the certifications
AIR APAC and Exeter Labs have common ownership, disclosed on About.
