Who is your trainer?
Start with the trainer who shared StepSim with you, or your internal L&D team. If you need a trainer, tell us your organisation, the managers you want to involve and the AI decisions they face. We will introduce you to one.
If you already work with a trainer, name them in your message so we can pass your enquiry to them.

Tell us who you train, which AI decisions they face and whether you are exploring a team session or assessment work. Ask for a 30-minute call to see the facilitator view and discuss preparation, delivery support and the partner terms.
I want to know about participant certification.

AIR APAC issues participant certification under AIRS-J/1, from an assessment on StepSim. Tell us whether you are registering yourself or people in your organisation, and name your trainer if you have one. We will send the requirements and write with dates. Assessments run in the room with a facilitator.
I want to become a certified facilitator.
