For organisations

Give managers practice in checking AI advice.

In browser simulations, managers check AI advice that is sometimes wrong, decide and review their choices with a trainer.

Decisions your managers already make

Managers practise approving AI recommendations, supervising automated work and taking responsibility for AI-written reports.

What happens in a team session

A trainer or learning and development team runs a half-day for 15 to 30 managers, with two simulations and trainer-led discussion.

  1. Before the sessionYour trainer agrees the focus with you and selects two simulations. Participants receive a briefing and are told what is recorded, who sees it and how it may be used.
  2. During the simulationsEach manager works through the simulations individually on their own device. Their decisions produce a record and consequences to review.
  3. During the discussionThe trainer examines the evidence, compares routes and helps the room connect the simulations to its own work.
  4. Agreed actions for workThe team agrees what to change in its work, with an owner and a date for each action, and the trainer records what is agreed in the session report.

What you receive

A decision record for each participant

The decision record shows what each person checked and decided; in a team session, participants are told before they start who sees their named record and how it may be used.

What a company session provides

In a company session, the company receives each person’s decision record and rule feedback by name, plus a written session report.

A group view for groups of 10 or more

The group view shows patterns across participants to support the trainer’s discussion.

What the feedback means

Feedback shows which written rules were met, with the recorded actions behind each reading.

What the published standard looks at

The rules follow the simulation and the published standard for judgment with AI, which looks at checking evidence, questioning advice and taking responsibility for decisions.

Team sessions support development; employee assessment and hiring use a separate assessment.

Participant certification

Register now

AIR APAC issues AIRS-J/1 certification after a separate assessment on StepSim, its official instrument. Practice gives managers experience and feedback, and does not award certification.
